By downloading, installing, or using the Decor AI mobile application ("App"), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Crafted Bits ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App and that they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Decor AI is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to submit photos of rooms and receive AI-generated redesign visualisations. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to download, install, and use the App on a device that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not sublicence, sell, lease, or otherwise distribute the App or access to it.
Free Plan: Users may generate up to 3 AI designs per day at no charge.
Pro Plan: A subscription-based plan offering unlimited AI generations and additional features. Pro subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation policies are governed by Apple's terms and the subscription details displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Refunds: All subscription payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Crafted Bits does not process payments or issue refunds directly.
By submitting photos to Decor AI, you represent and warrant that:
You retain ownership of your original photos. AI-generated designs are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to use the App to:
AI-generated designs are visualisations and inspiration tools only. They are not architectural plans, professional design specifications, or guarantees of actual renovation results. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflective of real-world constraints such as structural limitations, material availability, or building regulations. Results may vary and should not be taken as professional advice. Crafted Bits is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated designs. We recommend consulting qualified interior designers or contractors before undertaking any renovation work.
The Decor AI app, including its branding, design, user interface, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Crafted Bits. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, comments, ideas, or suggestions you provide to Crafted Bits regarding the App are entirely voluntary and we shall be free to use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or are using the App in a manner that could harm Crafted Bits, other users, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your designs from within the App. To request full deletion of all data associated with your device, contact us at decorai@craftedbits.co.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that AI-generated results will be accurate or meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crafted Bits and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crafted Bits and its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the App.
We may from time to time provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. These updates may modify or remove certain features and functionalities. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any specific updates or to maintain any particular feature. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision shall only be effective if in writing and signed by Crafted Bits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
